In the past, if a product covered by an extended service contract failed and could not be repaired, customers would have to wait days for the gift card to arrive in the mail before they could replace the product. With the new eGift Card program, Assurant Solutions’ clients have the option to issue an electronic gift card. The customer can simply print an e-mail and bring it into the store or redeem the eGift Card online.
