ATLANTA --- Assurant Solutions, a global provider of specialty insurance and insurance-related products, today announces the promotion of Andy Morris to the role of chief marketing officer of its European businesses, subject to regulatory approval, following its recent acquisition of the Lifestyle Services Group. Assurant Solutions provides mobile device protection and extended protection programs and services through industry leaders in Europe, North and South America, the Caribbean, and Asia.
Morris served with Lifestyle Services Group (LSG) - a leading provider of mobile device insurance in the United Kingdom– since 2006 as business development director. In his new role, Andy will play a key role in supporting and driving forward the business’ efforts to broaden its footprint in the growing mobile protection market. Prior to joining LSG, Andy spent six years at GE Commercial Finance.

Morris will be responsible for developing the distribution channel management strategy for the mobile device protection and extended service contract lines in Europe to drive profitable sales growth.

Morris succeeds Cassio Stavale who was appointed chief of business transformation following the acquisition of LSG. Reporting into the president and CEO of the European business unit, Stavale will be responsible for integrating Assurant Solutions and LSG businesses.
