Windsor/Frankfurt – Assurant Solutions, a global provider of specialty insurance and insurance-related products, today announced the appointment of Ahmet Dramali as customer relationship manager and Patrick Roß as manager of data analytics integration.

Ahmet Dramali has extensive knowledge of customer relationship management for insurance and financial services. Most recently, he was an active travel counsellor for Business Travel & Lifestyle Servicing at American Express Int. Inc., and responsible for American Express Premium customers as well as general sales, administration and customer care. As customer relation manager, Ahmet Dramali will be responsible for the support of our major clients in the DACH-region.
Patrick Roß will be responsible for data-analysis and evaluation at Assurant Solutions for the German and global markets. Patrick Roß joins Assurant Solutions from Bearing Point where he served as business consultant responsible for the information and business performance management.
